STL Hosts 7th Annual Louisville Chemistry Conference

Severn Trent Laboratories, Inc. (STL) will again host the 7th Annual Louisville Chemistry Conference: “New Direction in Environmental Chemistry” Workshop, June 6th and 7th, 2006 at the Galt House, in Louisville, Kentucky.

Topics, this year, will include: DoD QSM Version 3.0 update, Staged Electronic Data Deliverables (SEDD), Improved Sampling and Sub-sampling Protocol, Online Field Data Retrieval, Water Quality, and Military Munitions Response Program. Each year, the event is organized by Cathy Knudsen, Federal Program Director, and Deb Hula, Account Executive, of STL and is co-sponsored by the US Army Corp of Engineers, Louisville District.

The conference focuses on latest developments in environmental science and chemistry with presentations directed toward federal program compliance, data quality objectives, electronic data deliverables, and meeting the overall challenges to the environmental industry. Conference attendees traditionally include the US EPA, the US Army Corps of Engineers, U.S. Geological Survey (USGS), environmental testing laboratories, project chemists and environmental engineering firms.
