How To Apply For A Position

Find Your Position

On our site, you can familiarize yourself with open positions to see what opportunities are of most interest to you, and then target the positions best suited to your skills, experience, and desired location. Search to locate a position that interests you. Then select "apply" to create and submit your resume for the job opening.

Talk to a Recruiter

Based on a review of your online Talent Profile and resume, you may be contacted by a member of our recruiting team to discuss your experience and the position for which you applied.

The Site Interview

Based on our initial discussions, we may schedule a time for you to meet one-on-one with others in our organization. Be prepared to discuss your skills and experiences. This is also an opportunity for you to learn more about TestAmerica and get to know our people. We encourage you to ask questions about the job requirements and the type of work you would be expected to do. Upon completion of the interview process, we will determine if an offer will be extended to you.

Be Our Next Great Hire

And last, but not least, upon acceptance of our offer, your recruiter will help you coordinate your start date and you will be contacted by a member of our onboarding team with details of your new hire process and training.
