Speakers from leading environmental agencies, industry partners, law firms, and service providers shared information on topics such as solid waste, hazardous waste, environmental law, remediation, vapor intrusion and water resources.

TestAmerica, the leader in environmental testing, provided two presentations at the conference. Dr. William Anderson delivered a presentation entitled The Fundamentals of Organic Compound Quantification. The presentation addressed basic principles of quantification techniques, including use of calibration curves, surrogates and internal standards. Dr. Anderson is a Senior Analytical Consultant for TestAmerica with more than 30 years of experience in the environmental testing industry. He has extensive project experience in the design of analytical programs for source emissions permitting activities. Dr. Anderson earned his BA in Chemistry and his PhD in Analytical Chemistry from the University of Tennessee.
