STL Federal Program Director Receives Distinguished Induction

Severn Trent Laboratories, Inc. (STL) is pleased to announce that Catherine J. Knudsen, Federal Program Director, was recently inducted as a Fellow into the Society of American Military Engineers (SAME) organization. Each year, SAME holds a forum for the recognition of those members who have so distinguished themselves as to be nominated and selected to the prestigious Academy. The 2005 Fellows investiture was conducted on November 3rd, 2005 at the University of Chicago’s Graduate School of Business Gleacher Center.

STL President and CEO Rachel Brydon Jannetta said, “We are very proud for Cathy to have achieved this unique and special recognition. STL is committed to providing service at a leading level in the various Federal sectors, and Cathy has actively driven our process in this regard for many years.”

Since 1972, The Society has bestowed the designation of Fellow to those members who have rendered dedicated and outstanding service to the Society and to military engineering. For six years, Ms. Knudsen has served as the Co-Chair of the National Environmental Affairs Committee for the SAME organization. She has over fifteen years experience in the environmental testing field and is currently responsible for Federal Business Development with STL. Ms. Knudsen has been involved in several committees to promote quality programs for the federal marketplace.
