Dr. Charlie Carter has over 25 years of experience in the environmental laboratory business.

Dr. Carter has full responsibility for business development, all aspects of operations, and financial performance. He provides technical guidance to both TestAmerica Laboratories and our clients in a wide variety of areas, including environmental chemistry, chemistry of trace pollutants, organic chemistry, chromatography, mass spectrometry, sample preparation techniques, analytical methods in general, quality assurance, and data handling.

Dr. Carter earned his MS in Environmental Science and Ph.D. in Environmental Chemistry from Drexel University, PA.

Professional Affiliations

Dr. Carter has been involved with private sector analysis of radioactive waste, Department of Defense quality assurance protocols, electronic data delivery protocols, environmental laboratory data integrity, Homeland Security, and National Laboratory Accreditation. He is also the corporate representative for selected key clients and regulatory agencies.
