David Herbert

David Herbert has 22 years of experience in the environmental testing industry.  His experience includes gas chromatography / mass spectrometry, quality assurance, project management, and business development. Mr. Herbert has been an active member of the laboratory's senior management team for the past 12 years, and in his current role he oversees the laboratory's implementation of its strategic business plan and participates in initiatives aimed at market development.

Mr. Herbert is focused on TestAmerica's PPCP market efforts.  He is actively involved in studies demonstrating the laboratory's capabilities to identify and measure PPCPs in complex matrices including waste water, sediments, and solids.  He also participates in the market development of other endocrine disruptors including analyses for dioxins, PCBs, alkyphenols, flame retardants, and nonylphenols.

Mr. Herbert earned his BS degree in Biochemistry at California Polytechnic State University, San Luis Obispo.
