Raymond Frederici has 30 years of experience in the environmental testing industry that includes extensive leadership and management expertise.
Mr. Frederici is a quality systems professional, lead auditor, investigator and problem resolution expert with practical experience implementing management systems for ISO9000, ISO 17025, NELAC, and client defined programs. His responsibilities include implementation, administration and enforcement of company-wide quality system and data integrity programs. This includes the direction and leadership of forty Quality Assurance Managers across TestAmerica's laboratory facilities and the enforcement of TestAmerica's Corporate Ethics Program. He maintains a comprehensive quality system that is integrated with laboratory operations. His extensive knowledge base includes environmental regulations, strategic policy development, training, ethics and performance metrics.
Mr. Frederici earned his BS in Environmental Biology at Eastern Illinois University and his MBA degree at Olivet Nazareen University, IL .
