Will Elcoate has over 20 years of experience in the environmental testing industry and is currently a technical and regulatory expert for TestAmerica's Air Testing Program. He actively is involved in Vapor Intrusion seminars across the nation and reviews State & Federal regulations and guidance for air programs. Mr. Elcoate provides technical review and assistance in developing Quality Assurance program plans for key programs.

Mr. Elcoate managed the operation of an Air testing group for a National Environmental Laboratory and has been a project manager for major ambient air testing programs.

Mr. Elcoate earned his BS in Chemistry and Chemical Engineering from Bath University, UK.
