Sample Collection Equipment, Media and Shipping

TestAmerica Laboratories, Inc. (TestAmerica) offers sampling pumps and equipment for loan and rental. Media may or may not be included in the analytical fee. Analyses for which there is an additional fee for media are indicated with an asterisk. Sample pumps and equipment not returned to the laboratory will continue to accrue rental charges until returned to the TestAmerica Phoenix facility. Pumps and/or equipment lost or damaged in the field will be subject to repair charges up to the full replacement value. Media not returned to the TestAmerica Phoenix facility for analysis will be billed after 30 days. Unused canisters will be subject to a $50 cleaning fee. Filter cassettes of any type may not be returned for credit. Other media may be returned for credit, please contact your project manager.

TestAmerica will provide and ship sampling equipment, supplies and media by non-priority services to clients within the continental United States at no charge. Clients requesting overnight delivery and those outside the continental United States will be charged for shipping costs. It is the client's responsibility to return sample canisters, equipment, media, pumps and samples to TestAmerica's Phoenix facility within the time period agreed upon or incur rental charges.

Unless alternative terms are agreed to in writing, the TestAmerica Terms and Conditions of Sale shall supersede any terms contained on Client's standard purchase order forms or other documents used to order services. (See TestAmerica website - /downloads/) Prices reflect performance and reporting the requested tests using TestAmerica standard protocols, reporting limits and report formats. Additional report formats or copies are available as quoted on a project-specific basis. TestAmerica will dispose of samples, sample extracts and digestates, at no additional cost to clients, 30 days after the final report is issued using best treatment methods defined by U.S. EPA. Storage of samples and containers beyond this time frame may be available for an additional fee.
