David Kaminski is Senior Vice President of QED Environmental Systems and is a frequent presenter on groundwater sampling technology to organizations, universities, and regulatory agencies worldwide. He has been awarded four U.S. patents for developing new devices and methods for groundwater sampling applications and is an instructor at the Princeton Groundwater Pollution & Hydrology course (www.princeton-groundwater.com). Over the past 30 years he has published several papers on groundwater sampling practices and sampling system design and has presented these topics at over a hundred conferences, seminars and field courses.

Patricia McIsaac is a Product Manager with TestAmerica Laboratories with more than 30 years of experience in the environmental testing industry. Her current position as Product Manager for the Utility Market sector for TestAmerica has her focused on the environmental testing requirements of the new regulations impacting the Utility industry, including the RCRA Subtitle D CCR Groundwater Monitoring requirements, evaluation of CCR for beneficial use as well as the Effluent Limitation Guidelines. Ms. McIsaac earned her B.S. from Cook College at Rutgers University and an M.S. from New Jersey Institute of Technology.
